Envirotech resources Co Ltd. Position: Human Resource Manager.
Envirotech resources Co Ltd. a very new company located in Dhaka city.
Requirement:
1. Commerce Graduate BBA/MBA major in HR Preferred;
2. At least 3 years HR experience;
3. Familiar with Bangladesh labor law and other government compliance regulation;
4. Well, organized and detail oriented;
5. Fluent English both spoken and written;
6. Can start working immediately.
7. Female is preferred.
HRM’s responsibilities:
1. To plan, develop and implement strategy of HR & General Affairs, including recruitment, staff training and development, payroll, annual performance evaluation and etc.;
2. To be responsible for assisting in signing labor contracts and keeping the record, and improving the personnel files;
3. To be responsible for establishing internal training system;
4. To communicate with related government agencies in respect of HR related matters;
5. To maintain local HR policy and staff handbook in accordance with the local statutory requirements and in line with Corporate HR policy;
6. Other assignments from the company.
Salary: Negotiable.
