Assisting with visa documentation.
Handling student application correspondence.
Maintaining the front desk area.
Providing administrative support.
Resolving student concerns.
Maintaining visitor records.
Implementing security measures.
Keeping the reception area tidy.
Handling incoming calls and basic inquiries.
Managing mail and packages.
Scheduling appointments and tracking employee movements.
Assisting with other assigned tasks.
Managing social media platforms.
Dealing with students and parents properly.

Basic computer skills like MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel and others.
Having visa processing knowledge will get priority.
