Responsibilities include
1. Handling all aspects of client’s IP needs
2. Trademark prosecution ,enforcement and litigation
3. Copyright prosecution and enforcement
4. Client Management and firm building
Desired profile of the candidate
1. LLB/LLM from a reputed institute
2. Trademark and Copyright experience preferred
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Understanding & knowledge of IP landscape
5. Ability to think creatively and work independently
6. Hardworking and excellent team player
